Emily Z Dunham, Attorney
Emily was born and raised in Winneconne, Wisconsin (the Sovereign State!) and received her undergraduate degree in English and Comparative Literature from UW-Madison. She then attended the University of Virginia, where she received a masters degree in American Studies. Unwilling to settle down just then, she spent the next several years traveling, riding horses and ski-guiding in Colorado and Wyoming. Emily returned to Wisconsin to attend Marquette Law School, graduating in 2008 Magna Cum Laude.
Emily practiced at Reff Baivier Lim Muza & Dunham for several years, becoming a partner in 2015. She worked with Attorney Christopher Kindt over the years, and when Attorney Kindt retired, he transitioned his files to Emily. Emily has since opened Dunham Law LLC.
Emily lives in Winneconne with her husband Jordan and two children. Emily likes to camp with her family, take care of her horse Bugsy, read, cross-country ski and do yoga. She is a founding and past board member of the Winneconne Area Community Foundation and proudly currently serves as Treasurer on the Winneconne Sovereign State Days Board.
Marcia A Vandehey, Paralegal
Marcia grew up in Green Bay and was recruited to play golf at UW-Oshkosh where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. After working at a few country clubs, she decided it was time to get a “real job” and received her Paralegal Post Baccalaureate Certificate from Northwest Wisconsin Technical College in 2009. Marcia was a paralegal at Reff Baivier Lim Muza & Dunham for 14 years for Emily and other attorneys including Christopher Kindt. Marcia became a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal in 2018. She enjoys working with Emily and assisting clients in a variety of legal matters.
Marcia lives in Oshkosh with her husband, Bryan and two children. She enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, and camping with her family and friends.
